Mental Health In-Reach Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Mental Health In-Reach Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the Mental Health In-Reach Team
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services
  • Support the Service Manager in implementing service changes and ensuring effective implementation
  • Advance innovative ideas to enable staff to deliver care more effectively
  • Ensure clinical practice in the team is delivered safely and in accordance with relevant policies and standards
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse, allied Health or Social Care Professional
  • Education to degree level, or appropriate experience
  • Substantial post-registration experience, including experience at Band 6 in a multi-disciplinary staff team
  • Experience of supporting staff through change and multi-professional collaboration
  • Competent in using IT, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email
