Post Office Liaison Officer

Royal Mail Group is looking for a Post Office Liaison Officer to work 30 hours a week, 5 days across Monday - Sunday. The role may require working Sundays at Basingstoke Delivery Office when necessary.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, provide great customer service, and maintain a safe and secure working environment. Key responsibilities include interacting with customers, managing mail and package delivery, and adhering to safety and security protocols. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of £24,400, overtime pay, 22.5 days holiday, full uniform, and company pension scheme.
