Job Description

Cyber Security Manager / Lead

Job Summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager / Lead to join our client's team in Hampshire. As a key member of the Cyber Security Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's IT infrastructure and applications are protected from cyber and information security risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best practice Cyber Security policies and procedures to safeguard the business from potential risks.
  • Own the future security strategy across IT infrastructure, internal and customer-facing applications, and tech-related tools.
  • Identify new requirements and areas for improvement as the business continues to expand.
  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • Strong Cloud Security knowledge, with experience in AWS or GCP.
  • Experience of implementing Cyber and Information security standards such as NIST, MITRE, OWASP.
  • Up-to-date industry knowledge of current and future threats to business' cyber security, as well as mitigation and prevention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications, such as CTIA, CISSP, or similar.
  • Experience in large-scale multi-site model businesses.
  • Prior commercial experience in a retail, marketplace, or E-commerce environment.
