Teaching Personnel seeks an accomplished Science Educator to deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for secondary school students in Deal, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement high-quality Chemistry curricula for KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.
  • Foster an environment that encourages scientific inquiry and curiosity among students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted intervention when needed.
  • Collaborate with the Science Department to support curriculum delivery.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that caters to diverse learning needs.

About You:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) or recent graduate pursuing QTS.
  • Passion for Chemistry and ability to inspire students.
  • Strong subject knowledge of Chemistry at all levels, including A-Level.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities.
