Teaching Personnel seeks an accomplished Science Educator to deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for secondary school students in Deal, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement high-quality Chemistry curricula for KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.
- Foster an environment that encourages scientific inquiry and curiosity among students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted intervention when needed.
- Collaborate with the Science Department to support curriculum delivery.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that caters to diverse learning needs.
About You:
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) or recent graduate pursuing QTS.
- Passion for Chemistry and ability to inspire students.
- Strong subject knowledge of Chemistry at all levels, including A-Level.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities.
