We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at the NSG Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking, packing, and delivering glass products to customers
  • Receiving deliveries from the European Distribution Centre and putting stock away in the correct location
  • Loading vehicles with customer orders and ensuring all glass is delivered in a suitable condition and in a timely manner
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve high levels of customer service
Requirements
  • A full UK Driving License with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
  • Experience of driving a 3.5t vehicle (Mercedes Sprinter/Ford Transit)
  • Good knowledge of the Automotive industry and products
  • Good understanding of SOPs to be followed and adhered to
  • Good attention to detail
What We Offer
  • Salary starts at £26,582 per annum, increasing to £27,274 after 3 months service (plus night shift premium of £3,219 per annum)
  • Bonus scheme - up to £450 a quarter
  • 28 days holiday per annum, inclusive of public holidays plus an additional holiday for each year of service up to a maximum of 5 years
  • Group Personal Pension Plan - a defined contribution scheme with Aviva with up to 8% employer contribution
