Resourcing Expert Wanted: Novum Global is seeking an experienced Head of Resourcing to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our flexible resourcing service, driving business growth, and enhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to grow the client base, expand into new markets, and enhance the resourcing pool.
  • Manage and nurture relationships across legal, financial services, and corporate sectors.
  • Gather client feedback to continuously enhance service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, crafting tailored resourcing solutions.
  • Manage multiple assignments concurrently, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate submissions that align with client needs.
  • Lead and mentor the resourcing team to maintain high service standards.
  • Optimize internal processes for operational efficiency.
  • Partner with talent acquisition teams to source top candidates.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify new market opportunities and drive growth.
  • Expand the resourcing pool and explore untapped client sectors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in resourcing or talent acquisition, ideally within legal, corporate, or financial sectors.
  • Proven ability to grow and profitably manage a business division.
  • Experience in a flexible resourcing environment at a law firm or ALSP is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
