We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the independence and well-being of our clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
