Urban Designer Job Opportunity

At Hunter Dunning, we are seeking an experienced Urban Designer to join our client's Central London office. Our client is a renowned developer-led residential and retirement projects specialist, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality urban design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of masterplans, urban design projects, outline applications, and design codes
  • Prepare and oversee supporting drawings and documentation
  • Support and manage small to medium-sized projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Play a key role in delivering large strategic masterplans, working closely with the project team

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in an architectural or urban design practice on residential and mixed-use schemes in the UK
  • A postgraduate degree in urban design, ideally with a background in architecture, or a related field
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent creative design and graphic skills, with a focus on urban design and planning
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and have experience working on UK-based projects
