As an Energy Performance Assessment Expert, you will be responsible for conducting energy assessments, evaluating building compliance, and developing energy strategy evaluations and reports.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking energy performance assessments on new builds and retrofit projects
  • Collaborating with clients and project teams to ensure energy goals are met
  • Providing expert advice on energy efficiency and sustainability solutions

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 1 year's experience as a qualified OCDEA SAP Assessor, with a strong understanding of Part L and Part O regulations. A competitive salary of £32,000-£34,000 per annum is offered, along with opportunities for career development and professional growth.
