Merchandising Specialist

Are you looking to make a difference in retail?

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team in the Irvine area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• You will restock and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
• You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• You will know and stick to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
• You will provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams via our survey application.

Requirements

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
• Able to commit to the required hours
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks
• Be comfortable with manual handling, as you will need to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shop floor
• A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus
