Key responsibilities -

  • Lead and optimize the sales process within each account to enhance additional opportunities and support the organization's financial objectives
  • Deliver a comprehensive service to clients throughout their entire journey, ensuring a seamless account management experience
  • Oversee the coordination and management of the onboarding process for new accounts
  • Ensure that all customer sales inquiries and account management activities adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs)
