Skanska, a globally recognized leader in construction and project development, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dedicated Infrastructure team. This exciting opportunity will focus primarily on an upcoming highways project with potential travel across the South / East region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee subcontractor payments and manage any necessary changes.
  • Maintain control accounts and collaborate closely with the site team to track costs and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Ensure meticulous cost record-keeping and coordinate cost agreements with National Highway Site Representatives.
  • Proficiently utilize commercial and document systems such as Oracle, CEMAR, and Projectwise.
  • Procure packages as the project progresses.
  • Present clear and concise contract, cost, and forecasting data to the site team.

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated familiarity with NEC Contracts.
  • Proven experience in Infrastructure / Civil engineering projects.
  • Prior experience managing subcontractors and handling preliminaries.
  • Strong proficiency in commercial digital systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
