Visual Artist

This permanent, full-time position involves creating visually appealing graphics for various media, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to refine designs.

1. Develop brand-consistent graphics for newsletters, websites, blogs, social media, wall art, presentation slides, and signage (digital and printed)
2. Edit and enhance PDF documents to meet professional standards
3. Operate and maintain large-format printing machines
4. Manage multiple design and production projects simultaneously
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and refine designs

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing or a related field (preferred but not essential)
• Two to five years of experience in a graphic design or similar role

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Express; Microsoft PowerPoint; and Notepad++
• Basic knowledge of HTML or experience with a CMS such as WordPress
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
• Knowledge of file preparation for print production
• Experience operating large-format printers and cutters is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum
