Job Description



  • Finance Team Management: Lead a team of three finance professionals, overseeing their performance and development to ensure seamless delivery of financial objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, statutory accounts, and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, closely monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions to maintain financial stability.
  • Cash and Working Capital Management: Analyze and optimize cash flow reporting, ensuring effective working capital management across the business.
  • Collaboration and System Improvement: Work closely with sales and supply teams to establish robust reporting mechanisms and controls, driving process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


We seek an experienced ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant with industry expertise, preferably in the food, drinks, or FMCG sector. Alternatively, candidates from manufacturing, wholesale, or pharmaceutical backgrounds with relevant accounting experience will also be considered.
