ERP Software Support Consultant

Proactive Solutions Group Ltd is seeking an experienced ERP Software Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide expert technical assistance to our European customer base, ensuring seamless integration of our ERP software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous and prompt customer service in response to technical support requests.
  • Assist customers with software installations and configurations on various supported platforms, including Windows and Linux.
  • Document customer solutions for internal reference and customer benefit.
  • Manage full life cycle Business Intelligence and reporting projects, including design, planning, building, testing, documentation, and deployment.
  • Prepare for and/or conduct training classes, and create training materials and quick reference guides to support customers.
  • Provide pre-sales support and perform technical demonstrations for sales representatives.
  • Attend trade organization events to promote our products and services and support sales functions.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and staff.
  • Knowledge of current supported hardware and software platforms in one or more operating systems (Windows and Linux).
  • Troubleshooting proficiency with relational database connectivity issues and understanding of Internet applications.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and data dictionary concepts.
  • Experience with ERP software, systems, and solutions, as well as developing reports using Business Intelligence tools or reporting using a programming language.
  • Background in software development and relevant computer science degree.
