What You'll Do

At Alina Homecare, our Care Assistant roles in Weybridge offer a unique opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. As a Care Assistant, you'll travel around Weybridge and surrounding areas to provide support and companionship to our clients.

  • Companionship - building meaningful relationships and keeping clients company
  • Personal Care - assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Medication - helping clients manage their medication and providing reminders
  • Mealtimes - preparing healthy meals and snacks
  • Housework - assisting with laundry, cleaning, and tidying
  • Errands - accompanying clients on shopping trips and running errands
  • Mobility - providing support with mobility and helping clients get around

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need a caring and reliable attitude, a driving license, access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK. Don't worry if you don't have previous experience - we provide exclusive training to help you prepare.
