Howells Solutions Limited seeks a highly skilled Senior Contracts Coordinator to lead our Retrofit division in Wrexham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Retrofit schemes to PAS and TrustMark standards, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee a range of retrofit projects, including wall and loft installations, window and door replacements, ventilation, draughtproofing, low/no carbon heating, lighting, and energy installations. With a team of 5 direct reports and 20+ indirect reports, you will provide strategic guidance and support to ensure seamless project execution.

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in Residential Refurbishments, preferably within the Social Housing sector, and knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 and CDM regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
