We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Employment Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling both contentious and non-contentious matters within a team that offers plenty of support and career development.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload with a respondent focus, providing expert advice and representation to clients.
- Oversee settlement agreement work for executives, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
- Lead a caseload for an extensive client list, including household names, and develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You are a newly-qualified employment lawyer or have up to 4 years' PQE, with a strong understanding of employment law and its applications.
- You possess extensive technical skills, including expertise in settlement agreements and caseload management.
- You are an excellent communicator, able to form strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
