Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Support Worker to join our team in Redditch. The successful candidate will participate in the delivery of safe and efficient care to residents, providing flexible support services as required. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Registered Manager or other competent person to ensure high-quality care delivery;
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge;
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Educated to GCSE level (Grade C or above);
  • Commitment to undertaking NVQ Level 3 Caring for Children and Young People;
  • At least 21 years of age, and at least 4 years older than the oldest child accommodated in the home;
  • Good written/verbal communication skills;
  • Training/certification in: First Aid, Food Hygiene, Fire Safety; Child Protection; IT, HIV and Aids, Care and Control;
