Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Executive to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, building positive relationships.
  • Offer support to external/internal sales professionals, assisting with quoting and admin-based tasks to aid efficiency.
  • Interact positively with customers following-up quotations and order processing.
  • Work with the sales team, to develop opportunities, ensuring all opportunities are followed through.
  • Assist with in-bound calls and enquiries.

Requirements:
  • Prior administration experience within a sales environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
