Job Title: Compliance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Expert to join our Revenue Governance team at The Nadara Group. As a Compliance Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on compliance laws, rules, and standards to senior management.
  • Identify, measure, and assess compliance risk to ensure our company's operations are aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and test compliance to ensure our company's processes and procedures are effective.
  • Report on a regular basis to senior management on compliance matters.
  • Establish and maintain a compliance program that meets regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and orient processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS applications.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian and Spanish is a plus.
