We are partnering with a boutique, chartered financial planning firm located in the UK to seek an ambitious individual with a foundational knowledge of financial planning. The ideal candidate will have an IFA admin background and a desire to progress into a Trainee Paraplanner role, eventually becoming Chartered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding new clients and supporting in servicing existing clients
  • Supporting a financial advisor in client meetings
  • Sending out letters of authority
  • Liaising with product providers
  • Working closely with the other administrators, paraplanners, and advisers
  • General administration duties such as email management
Requirements:
  • Foundational knowledge of financial planning
