The Role

As a Charity Ambassador for Charity Link, you will be employed on a permanent contract, working at pre-booked, high footfall venues, shows, and events. You will be the public face of one of our charities, interacting with the public and seeking their support through regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups. This role makes a tangible difference in people's lives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the motivation to reach and surpass targets.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales.
  • The ability to work alternate Saturdays, as weekends are peak times for sign-ups.
  • Excellent communication skills, with expertise in interacting with the public, building immediate face-to-face rapport, and working under your own initiative.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • The ability to enjoy the variety of traveling and working in different environments each day, with comfort working outside.
  • A desire to become a passionate advocate for the charity you represent.

  • A basic salary of £23,800 - £25,000, with an uncapped discretionary bonus of £40,000+ OTE.
