Hospitality Server

We're seeking a motivated and charismatic individual to join our Food and Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. As a Casual Food & Beverage Server, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient and friendly service.

Situated in a restored 18th-century manor, our hotel offers a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. With 500 acres of scenic landscape, our guests can enjoy various outdoor activities, including wildlife watching and nature exploration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Presenting menu items to guests in an engaging and informative manner, ensuring they understand the origin, taste, and preparation methods behind each dish.
2. Accurately recording guest orders, including any special requests or dietary requirements, and communicating these to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
3. Transporting food and beverages to guest tables, ensuring that dishes are served hot and appetizingly presented.
4. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards, and participating in regular cleaning schedules.
5. Taking advantage of our comprehensive training programme, which includes guidance on customer service, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.
