Senior Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBRE Enterprise EMEA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational matters related to plant and equipment maintenance on our site.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and allocate tasks to a 24/7 engineering team to ensure effective maintenance and operation of plant and equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work and ensure that all records are up-to-date and maintained to required standards.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to arrange intricate works on site and ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with site policies and procedures.
- Manage the productivity of the engineering team and ensure that all team members have a Personal Development Plan (PDP) in place.
- Act as an Authorised Person (AP) for HV-LV electrical systems, confined space, and other systems as required.
- Deputise for the Technical Operations Manager in their absence and provide guidance and advice on contractors' RAMS for non-routine works on site.
- Assess contractors' competencies and provide advice to the Account/Contract Manager on technical competencies required for mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Apprenticed-trained engineer with recognised technical qualifications in electrical and/or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in people management in a highly regulated environment.
- Good knowledge of building management systems, fire alarm systems, and general building services.
- Awareness of safety procedures and practices and ability to impart knowledge and safety training to staff.
