Business Development Manager

Rutherford Briant is seeking a driven and passionate Business Development Executive to join their team. As a key member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand and aligning the right offering to clients from enquiry to final sale.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop business opportunities through telephone, in-person, and email interactions with new leads and lapsed clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to create and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and team targets and KPIs.
- Process orders and quotes for customers, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- 1+ years of experience in a business development and target-driven role, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a commercially-minded business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
