Aerospace Software Team Lead

As a Software Team Lead at Roke, you will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development of aerospace software projects. Your expertise will be utilized to define novel technical approaches to mission-critical projects that ensure the country's safety.
This role is not about middle management; you will be hands-on, working closely with your team to deliver high-quality software projects. Roke is a leading technology and engineering company that works with clients in National Security, Defence, and Industry to solve complex challenges.
The key requirements for this role include:
- Experience leading teams in Agile environments, delivering software projects in customer-facing settings.
