The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year litigation and credit hire experience, with a strong understanding of core liability including causation, consent, and quantum issues.

About the Role

This role involves dealing with fast-track credit hire litigation claims and obtaining compensation for clients suffering from personal injury, clinical negligence, and credit hire of house disrepair. Key responsibilities include:

  • Notifying accounts of disbursements incurred or to be recovered.
  • Updating analysis on credit hire issues relating to need, period, rate, enforceability, etc., including consideration and analysis of basic hire rates reports.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in litigation and credit hire.
  • A strong understanding of core liability, including causation, consent, and quantum issues.
  • Experience of drafting simple schedules of loss.
