**Lead Game Producer Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Lead Game Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of casino games, from concept to launch.

**Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive game development strategy that aligns with Entain's business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of game producers, artists, and designers to create innovative and engaging games.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality games that meet regulatory standards.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and player preferences to drive continuous improvement in game development.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in game development, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
