Secondary SEN Education Specialist High Wycombe Position

We are seeking an experienced Secondary SEN Teacher to join our team at a specialist school in High Wycombe. As a specialist school, we provide a unique opportunity for students with additional needs to reach their full potential. Our team is dedicated to creating a nurturing and structured environment that encourages personal and academic growth.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational support to secondary-aged students with diverse educational needs
* They will need to have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in secondary SEN settings
* A strong understanding of SEN strategies and the ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) is essential
* They should also have strong skills in behaviour management and emotional support, as well as experience working with students with autism, ADHD, or other additional needs
* A clear DBS and legal right to work in the UK are required
Salary and Benefits:
* A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
* A comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave
