Job Summary:

The Service Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact for providing technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting IT-related issues, resolving printer incidents, and managing service requests. This is a great opportunity to grow your experience in a global IT company and work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve printer incidents and manage service requests
  • Work with various parties to coordinate printer incident closure within SLA
  • Monitor printer incidents through internal monitoring systems
  • Communicate with customers on printer incident updates
  • Manage tickets and provide proactive assistance to customers
  • Escalate unresolved calls to application and infrastructure support teams
  • Participate in enterprise application release and maintenance activities
  • Meet ticket SLA targets and maintain defined SLAs
Requirements:
  • ITIL certification
  • Quantifiable experience in a face-paced client-facing engagement
  • In-depth knowledge of IT-related issues and troubleshooting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
  • Willingness to participate in project meetings and lead when required
