Job Summary:The Service Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact for providing technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting IT-related issues, resolving printer incidents, and managing service requests. This is a great opportunity to grow your experience in a global IT company and work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve printer incidents and manage service requests
- Work with various parties to coordinate printer incident closure within SLA
- Monitor printer incidents through internal monitoring systems
- Communicate with customers on printer incident updates
- Manage tickets and provide proactive assistance to customers
- Escalate unresolved calls to application and infrastructure support teams
- Participate in enterprise application release and maintenance activities
- Meet ticket SLA targets and maintain defined SLAs
- ITIL certification
- Quantifiable experience in a face-paced client-facing engagement
- In-depth knowledge of IT-related issues and troubleshooting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
- Willingness to participate in project meetings and lead when required
