Job Description

This role involves working within the finance team to complete various tasks related to accounts and administration. The successful candidate will have experience in accounting or accounts administration and be eager to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities include:

  • Raising invoices in line with business schedules
  • Ensuring quality standards are met and customer accounts are fully reconciled
  • Managing a high volume of client interactions
  • Preparing weekly debtor reports and uploading banking information
  • Matching payments on a daily basis
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Sending reminder letters
  • Setting up payment plans and processing credit card payments

Estimated Salary

We estimate this role pays approximately £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
