Transformation Programme Planner

Are you a seasoned programme planner with a background in managing large-scale transformation initiatives? Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the transformation programme stays on track, identifying risks and issues, and communicating these effectively to all levels of seniority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Programme Plan, ensuring it aligns with global project timelines and includes input from all UK workstreams and external partners.
  • Utilise tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress, highlight risks, and ensure that stakeholders are kept up-to-date with key developments and challenges.
  • Ensure the transformation programme plan meets the reporting needs for different audiences, including senior management and board-level updates.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to ensure programme objectives are clearly understood and met.
Requirements:
  • Extensive planning experience in large-scale transformation programmes, with a solid understanding of change management and communication processes.
  • Strong experience in using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and management.
  • Proficient in project management techniques, including governance, estimation, planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Excel for planning and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long-term projects across multi-geographical teams and integrate external vendor plans into a unified programme timeline.
  • Experience of working within an FCA regulated industry.
