Job Title: HGV Technician Workshop Supervisor

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000pa Negotiable

Hours: Monday to Friday Late Shift 11:00am - 8:00pm

Sprint Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HGV Technician Workshop Supervisor to join their site in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and a passion for leading a team.

  • Ensure the efficient maintenance and repair of vehicles in accordance with Company Policy.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of HGV Technicians to achieve high-quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the maintenance desk during and after maintenance/repair processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical training and industry developments to maintain a high level of expertise.
  • Conduct regular vehicle and equipment inspections, service, and repairs to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve a safe and reliable fleet.
  • Support a positive and productive team environment.
  • Participate in training and development required for a safe and reliable fleet.
  • Promote a safety and environmental culture in line with the company's policies.
  • Ensure the workshop and yard areas comply with Health and Safety legislation.
  • Adhere to all risk assessments and safe systems of work.
