Medical Writer Principal

We are Health Unlimited Ltd, a leading agency in medical education and scientific engagement. We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Medical Writer to join our growing team in Soho, London.
This role will be based within our Medical Education team, where you will work closely with our Editorial and Scientific Directors to deliver high-quality content, training, and education to our clients.
As a Principal Medical Writer, you will have excellent writing skills and a broad understanding of clinical medicine. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional work, working across a range of projects, and ensuring that all deliverables meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality written content, including articles, reports, and educational materials
- Provide expert editorial guidance and strategic insights to the team and senior management
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and improve project outcomes
- Confidently review and sign off written work from other members of the editorial team
- Lead the scientific understanding and story for new business proposals
- Extensive experience in medical writing and editing
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong understanding of clinical medicine and scientific principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High standards in grammar and attention to detail
