Job Title: Senior Culinary Leader

Salary: Up to £28K + Tips

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel located just outside of Leeds. This is a unique opportunity to work in a stunning setting, with great benefits and the chance to create exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
• Help in menu development, ensuring seasonal and local ingredients are at the forefront.
• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent culinary excellence.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and maintain food cost management.
• Ensure the kitchen meets food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef, ideally in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for food quality, presentation, and creativity.
• Sound knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the business.
