**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in an outstanding school located in Fareham. As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with students who require additional assistance due to physical, developmental, or learning challenges.
**Responsibilities:**
- Providing one-on-one and group support to students with disabilities.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker or a similar support role in a classroom or school setting is preferred.
- Understanding of various Special Education Needs conditions, including physical disabilities, SEND, etc.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to supporting students' growth.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
- Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Continuous support from a dedicated consultant.
**Salary:** £76.68 per day (dependent on experience)
