About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Visionary to join our team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a key member of our Agile Squad, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our product vision, roadmap, and development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Lead the development process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products.
  • Act as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist in defining and meeting sprint objectives through various ceremonies.
  • Owning User Acceptance Testing and promoting Agile values and principles.
  • Developing business cases and supporting PMO governance as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a business lead or product owner role, with a strong understanding of Agile principles.
  • Expertise in data platform improvement and a data-centric approach.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to lead and motivate agile and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in developing business cases and supporting PMO governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
