About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Rivendell View. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement care plans that promote the well-being and independence of our residents
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the team's approach
  • Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication
  • Maintain accurate records of your work and build strong relationships with your team
  • Recognise and report signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, and participate in safeguarding training
