Health and Social Care Lecturer Opportunity

Position: Health and Social Care Lecturer

Location: ON-SITE, Northampton, UK

Salary: £28K - £55K/year (Based on experience and qualifications)

Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, HPL or Hourly

Hours: Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday (9 am - 5 pm or 12 pm - 8 pm)

Requirement: Full right to work in the UK

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team at Elizabeth School of London Limited. As a key member of our academic staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality programs in Health and Social Care, collaborating with esteemed university partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging teaching and learning experiences across a range of programs within a Higher Education setting, with a focus on Foundation year in Health and Social Care.
  • Provide individualized support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals and progress positively.
  • Contribute to the development of module/unit-specific Scheme of Work.
  • Ensure compliance with the expectations of the Programme Specification of respective Awarding Bodies and Universities under which modules are being taught.
  • Produce high-quality module/unit reports.
  • Participate in the School's Research Department in the Holborn campus.

Essential Requirements:

  • Master's degree and/or a PhD in the relevant area.
  • Teaching qualifications: li>
  • Previous lecturing experience for similar courses at the Higher Education level.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience working in the industry related to Health and Social Care.
