Job Summary
Suntory Beverage & Food France seeks an accomplished Operational Excellence Manager to oversee the performance of our production lines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People Development across their allocated line.
This role requires a strong ability to drive performance, manage KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the line.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Operations Management or a related field is required.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing complex plants and resources in a FMCG environment.
A formal qualification in Continuous Improvement Principles, such as 6 Sigma Green Belt, is highly desirable.
Additional requirements include effective planning skills, strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Based on your expertise, you can expect a generous bonus structure and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
