About the Role:

As a Night Support Worker, you'll be working within a friendly environment to enhance the lives of our service users by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care, completing regular checks throughout the night, and performing light domestic duties in spare time.

Your Responsibilities:

You will teach new life skills, assist with daily living tasks, encourage participation in local communities, socialize, and engage in various activities. Your role will involve helping individuals gain independence and achieve their goals, such as cooking meals or going on holidays.

Tyical Shifts and Salary:

This role involves working 3 shifts per week, including some weekends, with typical shifts being Monday-Sunday from 21:15-07:15. The estimated salary for this position is around £11.57 per hour, plus enhancements for evening and weekend work.
