Our Real Estate Division is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to work with our Commercial Developer & Technology teams in London. You will have the opportunity to meet with clients to discuss their projects and delivery timelines and advise them on realistic timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To lead on Project Management commissions in developing plans and programmes to deliver our service and projects, in accordance with defined scopes of duties and T&T systems, mission, and values.
  2. Provide pre-construction support to Clients and develop overall project delivery strategies, focusing on build strategy, schedule, procurement strategy, design quality, and supply chain engagement.
  3. Work on commissions alongside wider project and cost management teams as well as standalone construction advisory services.
  4. Responsible for leading project team, consultants & contractors, working closely with Clients to deliver the project brief.
  5. Experience in managing the delivery of all stages of construction projects, from early design/planning through to handover/occupation.
  6. Strong communicator required with ability to manage all disciplines including H&S, quality, planning & productivity, design management & coordination, contract management & administration, commercial management, and project governance.
  7. Large scale, complex project delivery experience preferable.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
