Nurse Degree Apprenticeship Programme

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Nursing Apprenticeship Programme as a Learning Disability Nurse. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the assessment and treatment of adults with a learning disability.
- Undertake a programme of 4 years to achieve your Learning Disability Nursing Degree in partnership with the Open University.
- Balance the demands of a role in the workplace alongside a student role.
- Maths and English to GCSE grade 4/C or above, or equivalent in English and Maths, or level 2 Functional Skills.
- Evidence of recent study to level 3. Applicants with previous study at level 4 or higher will be considered on an individual basis.
- A willingness to complete Trust Mandatory Courses and undertake relevant Physical Interventions training with adjustments considered if required.
