Care Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and promoting independence in our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Preparing and serving nutritious meals
  • Administering medication
  • Accompanying clients on shopping trips and appointments
  • Providing companionship and social support

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a car
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
