About the Role

The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Cardiology department as a Booking Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will see you play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care to patients in the Cardiac Catheterisation Labs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate directorate waiting lists and patient records, ensuring that Millennium is up to date with relevant patient information.
  • Support the achievement of waiting list targets by effectively managing the primary target list.
  • Act as a point of contact for teams, responding to complex queries and passing on relevant information to team members.
  • Provide formal first-line management to the administrative team, undertaking recruitment and managing sickness, performance, and appraisals.
