Are you a forward-thinking and aspiring undergraduate looking to take your next steps in your career? Yunex Traffic is seeking a talented individual to join our Business Excellence team on a 12-month internship contract as part of our Intern Development Programme.

The Opportunity

As a global leader in intelligent traffic systems, Yunex Traffic designs, markets, manufactures, installs, and maintains a wide portfolio of international traffic management products. This includes intersection and pedestrian traffic controllers, intelligent urban traffic control systems, variable message signs, public transport, and car park guidance systems to enhance road safety and improve traffic flow in congested urban and inter-urban areas.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with teams from across our company to gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of business systems and processes.
  • Connect with people and bring them together to identify business process challenges.
  • Learn to use tools such as PowerApps and Power BI to collect and process data.
  • Help our teams understand and visualise data so they can make key business decisions.
  • Develop requirements and find solutions that will be used by our teams to improve the business and provide an enhanced customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a forward-thinking, inquisitive candidate who demonstrates the following characteristics:

  • Studying for their bachelor's degree, ideally in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts or Maths)
  • Engage with people and teams at all levels of our business, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and Services.
  • Think creatively, using available tools to develop solutions to challenges.
  • Use a range of IT and digital tools, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Learn new concepts and principles.
