Job Overview
Sodexo is seeking a talented Culinary Expert to join our team at Vauxhall Barracks. As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in running the service, preparation, and other duties of the busy working kitchen.
- Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems.
- Work with the FOH team to drive service excellence.
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations.
- Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- Basic IT skills.
- Experience in menu production and confident input.
- Exposure to bulk cooking.
- The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills.
