Job SummaryWe're seeking a kind and compassionate registered nurse to join our care home team. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with colleagues to deliver person-centred care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment for our residents and colleagues.
