The West of England Combined Authorities is seeking to appoint a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to lead the design and delivery of robust, meaningful evaluations across our Infrastructure Directorate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a significant portfolio of programme and project evaluations for our City Regional Sustainable Transport Settlement schemes;
  • Developing and implementing evaluation strategies to understand impact and improve services and quality of life for the people of the West of England;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver evaluations that meet business needs;
  • Providing expert advice on evaluation methodologies and tools;
  • Leading a team of evaluation professionals to ensure high-quality evaluations are delivered on time and within budget.
